The research team found half a dozen servings of vegetables each week is tied to a 21 percent decrease in risk. Six servings of fruit each week is tied to a 17 percent reduction in risk when compared to one serving per week. Based on this data, it is clear those who increased their daily consumption of vegetables and fruits enjoyed a reduced risk of breast cancer.
