How to Detox Every Organ and Never Feel Tired or Sick Again

Over the previous twenty years or so, there has been a revolution in health that is more or less all about cleansing the body. You could say it started with the Kellogg cult back in the mid to late 19th century- but they got it wrong enough that we can pretty much ignore all that jazz. In the 60s and 70s, people got hip to the benefits of high colonic enemas, but we don’t really need to go into all that nasty talk.

Since then we’ve gotten quite a bit more sophisticated when it comes to detoxifying the body. A great deal about the pH balance and related functions of the body has become common knowledge or at least common-enough knowledge.

One of the most important things that the information revolution has done for us is making the toxic nature of sugar a matter of common sense. Now we know that the body really wants ketones for energy, but will take sugar when it can get it.

That’s because sugars are hard to get in the natural environment. Sugars glom on to our mitochondria, gumming up the works of our intracellular energy factories. When this happens, our bodies cannot manufacture the ketone hormones that work best as fuel and rebuild our organs.

There are so many ways to cleanse the body of these atrocities that it would take a library to adequately cover all of them. That’s why YouTube videos like this one from Natural Cures are so helpful. Here’s a valuable lesson in cleansing the body.
