President Donald Trump is starting to be more vocal in his opposition to Dr. Anthony Fauci’s enthusiasm for seemingly endless lockdown orders to slow the months-long spread of the coronavirus pandemic.
Even with mortality rates remaining stable as cases spread, Dr. Fauci is still pushing economy-wrecking caution. He said, “It’s a false narrative to take comfort in a lower rate of death. There’s so many other things that are very dangerous and bad about this virus, don’t get yourself into a false complacency.”
This disregards the fact that so many things kill far more people than COVID-19, like cars, cancer, and medical error. But we don’t shut down the economy for those things.
Trump responded by saying, “Dr. Fauci said don’t wear masks and now he says to wear them. And he said numerous things. Don’t close off China. Don’t ban China. I did it anyway. I didn’t listen to my experts and I banned China. We would have been in much worse shape.”
America knows what it needs better than any so-called expert. We know “experts” do not have our best interests in mind. And Trump knows this as well.
For months now we have been languishing under the strain of the shelter in place orders, lockdown orders – and now many people are afraid to leave their homes due to the fact that so-called protesters are rioting in the streets and raiding homes and businesses.
Despite the fact that all of the most credible science is telling us that the death rate per infection is less than half a percent, people are wearing their face masks more than ever. More businesses are demanding that customers wear them for the privilege of spending their hard earned money.
Today more Americans than ever are asking the question; “Would there even be a COVID-19 or a nationwide George Floyd riot if Donald Trump were not in office?”
This question is not a criticism of the President. It is an expression of the fact that more and more people are waking up to the fact that the Democrat Party is out for power at any cost, that they are working hand in hand with China to wreck our economy, and that the mainstream media has become the propaganda arm of the anti-American Left.
We are all too familiar with the declarations of people like Bill Maher who said that it would be good if there was another recession because it would destroy Trump’s chances of reelection. This is the way they think. They are not concerned about the homes that would be lost, the lives that would be shattered, or the pain it would cause real voting Americans. They only care about a political victory. And with lockdown orders remaining in place even though the mass death once forecasted has not materialized, that’s what this has all been about.
