There are new concerns from Democrats wanting to shield women who want to seek abortions, that mobile tracking software that has been created by Apple and Google, could be used to “hunt down women.”
The United States Supreme Court recently overturned Roe v. Wade 1973, which essentially federally banned abortion in the U.S. Because the law has now been overturned, would-be mothers must now turn to the states that continue to murder unborn babies to have their procedures done.
Democrats like Elizabeth Warren and Cory Booker expressed their concerns via a letter to the Federal Trade Commission on June 24, stating they believe that women seeking abortions will be vulnerable to privacy harms, including though the collection and sharing of their location data if Roe v. Wade was overturned.
Their fears were quickly elevated, as the very same day they sent the letter, Roe v. Wade was vanquished in the Supreme Court and sent back to the states to decide.
Democrat lawmakers, according to Fox Business, are “urging the Federal Trade Commission to investigate Apple and Google for failing to warn consumers about the potential harms associated with advertising-specific tracking IDs in their mobile operating systems.”
Both Google and Apple have tracking technology on their devices which keeps records of the users’ data, which is harvested and sold on to third-party “data brokers,” while individual users remain anonymous. Legislators, however, are saying that the aggregated data could easily be linked back.
“This is because some data brokers sell databases that explicitly link these advertising identifiers to consumers’ names, email addresses, and telephone numbers,” they wrote. “But even without buying this additional data, it is often possible to easily identify a particular consumer in a dataset of ‘anonymous’ location records by looking to see where they sleep at night.”
The option for users to opt out of Google and Apple’s tracking data, but the fact that multiple apps use their own tracking IDs, it makes it impossible to know if someone was in fact “opted out.”
Since the covid pandemic, Google and Apple have been tracking everyone for contact tracing, in some instances resulting in arrest for rule breakers during tyrannical lockdowns.
Of course, the Democrats did not mention any of this, they were simply airing their paranoia publicly by saying that pregnant women would be “hunted down” by “bounty hunters” for wanting an abortion.
“Data brokers are already selling, licensing, and sharing the location information of people that visit abortion providers to anyone with a credit card. Prosecutors in states where abortion becomes illegal will soon be able to obtain warrants for location information about anyone who has visited an abortion provider.”
“The FTC should investigate Apple and Google’s role in transforming online advertising into an intense system of surveillance that incentivizes and facilitates the unrestrained collection and constant sale of Americans’ personal data,” they wrote. “It is beyond time to bring an end to the privacy harms forced on consumers by these companies.”

These pro-abortion are just waiting to guide the women who use abortion as birth control. I have lived in CA since 1968. I was in sales and met lots of people on Welfare, into drugs and alcohol. Generation after generation on Welfare. I live close to the borders and many families bring their friends and family here illegally just so they can have a baby that’s a citizen. This citizenship for illegals should stop.
The people bringing pregnant women here, these women pay a lot of money to come here under a visa, overstay so the baby is a citizen. The child comes back at age 5, and lives in foster care, the same people who helped the pregnant mother own the homes and run the foster care. Everything is fraud. No one doing anything about overstay vias. These kids get medical, probably, Obamacare. This should be investigated, is Obama going to get a kickback for every person on Obamacare. Just saw a notice that Colorado is going to give caravan people who are illegal, Medicaid, and that is Obamacare.
